Single-bed room
The intensive care room is designed to monitor the vitals of patients who are in critical condition. It is equipped with appropriate beds to provide support for patients during convalescence. Monitoring and infusion stands are designed to regulate the patient’s vitals.
The room area for an intensive care room should be about 20 -25 m². Depending on the patient group, appropriate provisions should be made in the spatial structure for room division and ventilation design. If patients at risk of infection are admitted into the room, the patient must be protected from germs entering the room with the aid of a ventilation system.
